The SABIT program is 15
years. Organized and
funded by the U.S.
Department of Commerce, it
provides an opportunity for
middle managers and senior
managers from the
countries of the former
Soviet Union to get
acquainted with cutting
edge technology and
equipment in various
economy sectors. During
the program period
participants visit
exhibitions, industry
associations, enterprises
and can to get experience
first-hand how the market
economy works in the
United States
