XIII international conference PVC. Results of year 2015 , organized by company INVENTRA, was held in early December in Moscow. The production of PVC and its processing are moving in different directions: the producers of raw materials steadily increase production, on the wave of the devaluation automatically displacing imports. At the same time all segments of consumption of polyvinyl chloride fall sharply because of lower demand. Encountered «scissor effect» is detrimental to processors – imbalances in development within the PVC industry will reduce the number of players and t the reduction of the total market
