In early April, in Moscow the 12th International conference Polyethylene 2015 was held by Inventra company. Discussions at the conference showed that a new equilibrium in the market is achievable in the near future, and participants were mostly determined plans for the future. Acute shortage of PE raw materials will gradually be replenished due to the restart of production, and it is possible that domestic prices can fall to the level of export alternatives.
