In the beginning of the 90-ies of the XX century our magazine presented twice the rising packaging industry of Russia at the biggest in the world packaging exhibition in Chicago (USA). Since then the Russian packagers have become an integral part of the international community. Due to the meetings and talks in Chicago, the National Packaging Confederation (NKPack)- is today the official member of the World Packaging Organization (WPO), and the association PAKMASH is a member of the International Confederation of Packaging Machines and Equipment – COPAMA.
