In 2003 Russia entered the Bologna process, the uniform European space of higher education, and up to 2010 Russia will completely enter into this space. Our students will receive diplomas of bachelors, masters and doctors of philosophy recognized in 46 countries of continent. As a result they can fully participate in programs of the academic mobility which will allow them to receive for one period of training two and more diplomas in higher education at once. All graduates of the Russian high schools become owners of the European appendices to the uniform diploma approved by the Council of Europe, the European commission and UNESCO
